Rant all you want, the producers aren't listening. The firmware is up to date and I have had the sound issues with both wireless and wired network connections. In the past week, the sound works about 10 of the time. The first couple of times it worked great, no issues whatsoever. It completely ruined the game for me and I now no longer subscribe to MLB.TV and no longer watch Baseball. I have had my WDTV Live for about 10 months now and recently purchased mlb.tv. I could watch Len and JD call a game in a structured gradual format and have Aaron Judge hitting a home run with the announcer at Yankee Stadium going balastic every 5 mins. I just couldn't get past the fact that these between innings highlights served no good for me or MLB. I emailed MLB.TV, tweeted at them, completed feedback forms, etc. I tried everything I could to try and skip/VPN/magic these away to no avail.

The next season came along and MLB introduced highlight reels between innings which were repetitive, offered no value to me or MLB (commercially) and were loud and obnoxious. Back then, we got 'commercial break in progress' between each inning. I even flew out to Chicago in the 2016 World Series winning season and watched a few games. When I was living in the UK I got addicted to Baseball and watched almost every Cubs game I could.
